As well, they had maintenance staff on site within an hour. Cinnamon Beach Vacations was great. Not great was VRBO. We pestered VRBO for a day trying to get their view on our situation. Since we booked through VRBO, this limited the financial accommodation CBV could provide. Strong advice, whenever possible, book direct with a management company like CBV. In this area, just book through CBV. They handle a lot of properties and are highly responsive." (2/5)
