Fully stocked kitchen and loads of games in the space off the living room and beach toys in the garage. We thoroughly enjoyed the proximity and private feel of the beach and having the pool to cool down in afterwards. We visited the grille at the community center twice and the food was good and drinks and to go ice cream bars to purchase. Host provided a helpful guide of local restaurants, stores and attractions. Bugs that some others mentioned were present on the top balcony but to be expected oceanfront and were not a problem using bug spray or sitting out earlier in the evening.
