All four bedrooms have a king bed, smart TVs, and are ensuite with full bathrooms. The home features not one but two spacious master suites, one on each floor. The first-floor master suite has a walk-in shower with access to infrared sauna. The second-floor master suite has a private balcony overlooking the lagoon with panoramic views of the Cinnamon Beach community, a walk-in shower, and a freestanding soaking bathtub. The other two ensuite bedrooms have king beds and there is a cozy bunk nook right off the game/theatre room for the kids to have the ultimate vacation experience. There are also two quality air mattresses with built-in pumps available for extra guests! 

The main living space is on the first floor. Designer furniture throughout the home create a luxurious, but casual, beachside vibe. The chef’s kitchen is open to the dining room and living room, which has the most spectacular views of the glistening pool situated on a sparkling lagoon. The kitchen features a huge quartz island and a 48” gas stovetop that is ideal for whipping up a gourmet dinner or for your private chef to do the work for you. The dining room comfortably seats 10 and is ready for you to have a wonderful family gathering. The living room has a candlelit fireplace and a generous amount of seating arranged to take advantage of the breathtaking waterfront atmosphere as well as a fully equipped entertainment center. The modern pool just off the living room has ample space for pool games and it has a large hot-tub. A half-bathroom as well as the sauna room are accessible from the pool’s lanai. A pergola and lush landscaping at the north end of the pool has a gas firepit, lounge seating, and more incredible views of the lagoon which is home to several species of exotic birds, turtles and even sea otter.
